No. You can check out as a guest. An account just lets you see your past orders.

Yes. You have 30 days after it arrives to ask for a return. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us first and we'll send a return label. Custom and personalised items, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
